Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Logistics Associates at our facility in Southampton, United Kingdom. As a Warehouse Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments of products and materials, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage or defects.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software tools to accurately record inventory transactions and track product movements.
• Organize and store products in designated locations within the warehouse, following established procedures for inventory management and rotation.
• Prepare orders for shipment, picking and packing items according to customer specifications and shipping requirements.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring that inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently to move and transport materials as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, including keeping aisles clear and disposing of packaging materials properly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
