You’ll need to be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused to make sure customers leave our store satisfied with their shopping experience.Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for collection.
• Provide a welcoming and friendly experience for customers upon arrival.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding order availability and assist with any inquiries.
• Maintain a tidy and organized Click and Collect area.
• Support the team with restocking and product organization as needed.
• Follow health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.

About You:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly attitude.
• Basic computer skills for handling order management systems.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus but not required.
