Position Overview: As a Customer Assistant working nights, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience during late hours. You will be responsible for assisting customers, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and organized throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their shopping needs and inquiries during night hours.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and labeled.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including aisles, shelves, and checkout areas.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during night shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Uphold M&S standards for quality, customer service, and store appearance.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently during night hours and handle tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move products as needed and stand for extended periods.
